At Impact First, we support exceptional students and early-career professionals as they explore and pursue high-impact careers. We believe people can achieve far more with the right support - and that providing that support to talented, impact-motivated people is one of the most effective ways to build capacity to address global challenges.
Our mission is to help ambitious people in and around London pursue careers that make a meaningful difference. We’re especially excited to support people working on large-scale, neglected, and solvable problem areas - where additional people can usually have the greatest impact. This includes AI safety, biosecurity, global health, animal welfare, and other high-impact cause areas. We aim to help people identify and overcome barriers that stand between them and their potential.
