All our support is free, flexible, and designed to meet you where you are - whether that means providing funding, mentorship, or operational support to help your initiative succeed.
Depending on a project’s needs, we can offer:

In addition to running our core programmes, we collaborate with communities, institutions, and mission-aligned organisations to launch and strengthen high-leverage projects that help talented people pursue high-impact careers. All our support is free, flexible, and designed to meet you where you are - whether that means providing funding, mentorship, or operational support to help your initiative succeed.
Depending on a project’s needs, we can offer:
Funding to help cover general expenses
Mentorship and strategic advice from experienced community-builders and domain experts
Operational support, including logistics, outreach, event delivery, and coordination
Fellows meet once per week for a structured discussion session facilitated by trained facilitators or guest speakers. Before each session, participants complete a curated set of readings, podcasts, or short exercises.
Fellows are expected to dedicate 2-4 hours per week to readings and activities, in addition to attending the weekly session.

Most of our partnerships fall into one of the following categories:
1) Strengthening or scaling existing initiatives
2) Co-delivering new initiatives
3) Co-designing new initiatives from scratch
We’re most excited to support projects relating to our focus areas (AI safety, biosecurity, global health, animal welfare, and other high-impact cause areas) or that help people explore, secure, or excel in careers addressing the world’s most pressing problems.
We recognise that there are many ways to support people in doing high-impact work, so we’re open to collaborating on a wide range of projects, including but not limited to:
Talks, seminars, and panel discussions
Skill-building workshops and programmes
Networking or community events
Retreats, summits, and conferences
Reading and discussion groups
Mentorship, coaching, or advising services
Educational courses or MOOCs
Degree modules or advancement courses
Our priority is to support high-leverage, cost-effective initiatives that are aligned with Impact First’s mission of helping talented, ambitious people in London pursue high-impact careers. We’re especially excited about cases where our involvement can increase a project's counterfactual impact.
